True stories of competency restoration that represent pain points of the current state of the system

Approach:

This video opened a workshop aimed at understanding & discussing the problems in the competency restoration system in the state of Texas. The story format was used to depict the true challenges of those impacted by the competency restoration system and allow decision-making stakeholders to briefly engage with the experience from the other side and feel what it is like to wait.

Service Design Concept aimed at creating connections & helping endometriosis patients become informed participants in their healthcare journey

Approach:

Using an educational approach in both digital & analog that helps women suffering from endometriosis understand their diagnosis, and symptoms & track their treatment journey allowing them to make informed decisions about their health.

Osaka Wellness Clinic


Campaign design that takes futures thinking approach to dismantling the stigma around Alternative Therapies for Chronic Conditions

Approach:

Testing a campaign approach that utilizes the power of celebrity to normalize the holistic, alternative treatment of chronic conditions. This campaign was modeled using rising tennis star Naomi Osaka. At the time of this project, she was well-known for her tennis skills. Shortly after this project, Naomi Osaka chose to sit out of the French Open and became a figure in mental health advocacy.

While the team may not have predicted the future, the direction Osaka’s career has taken has mirrored the hope of what a well-known face can represent in the battle against stigma.

Tower Learning


Virtual tutor & homework assistant concept for elementary aged children

Approach:

Utilizing AI assistants & live tutors to give children the autonomy to guide their own learning while providing professional support as needed. Stretch, the friendly AI giraffe, and the Tower Tutors (A group of giraffes is also known as a Tower) give parents customizable tools to maximize learning on this fun & interactive platform.
